Trading The Cream Of The Crop by Momma Gouche

kerry Kerry Goulet

When the Chicago Blackhawks, my favorite hockey team, traded my favorite player, Dustin Byfuglien to the Atlanta Thrashers, I was mighty upset. But then Atlanta moved to my hometown and the Winnipeg Jets. I couldn’t be happier! Then when Dave Boland, the chap who clinched the Stanley Cup for the Hawks, was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs, I was fit to be tied. Team money caps you say! “The Gouche” tried to explain the situation to me, but it seems I am not the Guru I think I am. Someone had to go from the Hawks to balance the money. So, Dave Bolland, being a hometown Torontonian, offered to take the trade. I think I have to learn more about the money cap before I get myself into another quandary.
